Handling of Personal Information

Monozukuri Nihongo Kentei Kyokai (hereafter, “MNKK”) has set forth the following Personal Information Protection Policy and has formulated a mechanism for protecting personal information. It compels all personnel, including board members, regular employees, part timers and relevant parties to thoroughly recognize and address the importance of personal information protection.

個人情報の取扱いについて

一般社団法人ものづくり日本語検定協会（以下「当協会」）は、以下のとおり個人情報保護方針を定め、個人情報保護の仕組みを構築し、全従業者に個人情報保護の重要性の認識と取組みを徹底させることにより、個人情報の保護を推進致します。

1. Management of Personal Information

The MNKK keeps the personal information of clients accurate and up-to-date and, in order to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification or leaks of personal information. In order to accomplish this, MNKK performs such tasks as maintaining and sustaining the existing security system, strengthening the current management, conducting education of employees, implementing safety measures and conducting strict management of personal information.

1.個人情報の管理
当協会は、お客さまの個人情報を正確かつ最新の状態に保ち、個人情報への不正アクセス/紛失/破損/改ざん/漏洩などを防止するため、セキュリティシステムの維持/管理体制の整備/社員教育の徹底等の必要な措置を講じ安全、対策を実施し個人情報の厳重な管理を行ないます。

2. Intended Uses of Personal Information Obtained

The personal information obtained from clients within the scope of the purposes deemed necessary, will be used by MNKK for sending e-mails and notifying clients of symposiums, forums and other events being hosted by MNKK as well as other informational materials.

2.個人情報の利用目的
お客さまからお預かりした個人情報は、当協会からのご連絡や業務のご案内やご質問に対する回答として、電子メールや資料の送付に利用いたします。

3. Prohibition of Disclosure or Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The MNKK will handle customers’ personal information appropriately, and shall not provide personal information to a third party except in the following cases:

1)Cases in which the customer consents to the sharing of personal information

2)Cases in which the provision of personal information is necessary in order to share it with a business entity to which the work on a service requested by the customer has been entrusted

3)Cases in which the provision of personal information is required by law

3.個人情報の第三者への開示/提供の禁止
当協会は、お客さまよりお預かりした個人情報を適切に管理し、次のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に開示いたしません。

1)お客さまの同意がある場合
2)お客さまが希望されるサービスを行なうために当協会が業務を委託する業者に対して開示する場合
3)法令に基づき開示することが必要である場合

4.Safety Measures of Personal Information

The MNKK will take all possible measures for security in order to assure accuracy and safety of personal information that we have collected.

4.個人情報の安全対策

当協会は、個人情報の正確性及び安全性確保のために、セキュリティに万全の対策を講じます。

5.Access and Right to Correction and Erasure

You are entitled to request us to view, revise or erase your personal information we hold about you, given your identity is fully confirmed.

5.ご本人の照会
お客さまがご本人の個人情報の照会/修正/削除などをご希望される場合には、ご本人であることを確認の上、対応させていただきます。

6.Compliance with Laws/ Regulations and Norms and Review for Improvement

MNKK will comply with Japanese laws and regulations and other norms that are applicable to personal information it holds and review this policy as appropriate and endeavor to improve it.

6.法令、規範の遵守と見直し
MNKKは、保有する個人情報に適用される日本の法規制およびその他の規範を遵守します。また必要に応じてこのポリシーを確認し、改善に努めます
